Craft Fair Fun!!!!!

SO Saturday, September 26th I was at my 2nd ever craft fair in Grasonville Maryland. It was at the Island Bay Day celebration at the Chesepeake Bay Environmental Center. I shared a spot with Heather of Cotton Candy. She made the most beautiful Tutus, flower hair clips, and headbands. We had a lot of fun together! The day was pretty cloudy and we eventually got rained out :(

But it was good practice for me for setting up and figuring out how to display my items. I am looking forward to doing some more craft fairs in the coming months. I will let you know more about these when the time gets closer :)

Here are some photos from our fun day!!
The photo of our booth while we were getting all set up, and some of my new items. The T-shirts I appliqued using images that my 6 year old and 12 year old daughter drew up for me. They were very into Halloween drawing monsters, ghosts and pumkins! Visit my Etsy shop to see these shirts up close :)

I love that the appliques are from your childrens drawings. Great idea!

Craft fairs are wonderful events! I hope you did well. How proud the kids must feel that you think enough of their work to use them on your tees. This will be a great encouragement for their own creativity.

I love craft fairs and am thinking of having stalls at some of my local fairs/markets. So, thankyou for sharing your experience, it doesn't sound quite so daunting when people tell you what they did!

Thank you all for your lovely comments! The girls were very proud of their designs :)

And Deb, you should definitely go for it! It is kind of scary at first, but then it is really fun! I am getting very excited for the next fair which is in November!! :)
I am sure you will do just fine!!
